Fishapalooza 2024 will take place Saturday February 10, 2024! 

NOTE: Due to warm weather, the ice fishing portion of Fishapalooza is cancelled. Please join the party at Lauderdale Landing beginning at noon!

Fishapalooza is an ice fishing derby open to the community. 

It’s back, bigger and better! Come out and support our FISH stocking program.

Registration: in-person at Lauderdale Landing - look for members of the Fish Committee.

  • Entry fee: $10.00 each participant

  • Friday February 09, 2024 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm CT

  • Saturday February 10, 2024 from 5:30am to 9:00am CT

Fishing Derby: will occur from 6:00am-2:00pm.

  • There will be two divisions: Adults and Kids (15 and under). 

  • This is a catch-and-release derby with categories for Bass, Pike, and Walleye.

    • The largest fish caught in each category for each division wins a cash prize.

    • 100% payout!

Fundraising Fun: There will be basket raffles, a 50/50 raffle, a meat raffle, and a grand prize raffle. The proceeds from the raffles benefit our stocking and habitat restoration efforts.

Your assistance is needed to ensure another great event!

  1. We are looking for donations of gift baskets for our raffles. Please donate baskets of any theme, gift cards/certificates to local businesses in the Lauderdale area, and/or monetary donations.  We rely on donations from individuals and local businesses to support our raffles. Donations can be dropped off at the Lauderdale Landing or directly to Corky Corcoran. 

  2. Volunteers to help run the event are also needed.
